Paper Tasting Kit - Japanese Planner Paper Vol.2

Paper Tasting sets from Yamamoto Paper are a great way test out unique Japanese papers to find your ideal pen friendly paper. Each paper provides different tactile experience that may work best with different types of pens.

The set includes three different types of paper pads in three different sizes, so you can try them out just like tasting wine and find the paper you like best.

B7: Kokuyo THIN PAPER: developed by Kokuyo Corporation for a thin and easy to turn paper to not cause liquid gel ink to bleed through but also not wrinkle when rubber with the firm eraser of erasable ink pens. Excellent for fountain pen, ball point, gel and pencil. 

A6: View Corona: made at Ohi F-Tex Tokai factory with specialised technology to create a thin, light, bleedproof paper with smooth writing experience. Ideal for ballpoint and gel pens.

B6: Sanzen Tomoe River S: the OG Tomoe River Paper company discontinued production in 2021 but to keep Tomoe River alive, the brand was transferred to Sanzen Paper. While there are definite differences to the paper and how certain fountain pen ink colours may look, it is still an excellent choice for fountain pen, ball point, gel and pencils.
