Timeframe: The timeframe for all returns is within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Sales Items: All sales items are not eligible for refund or exchanges.
Change of Mind: We cannot provide a refund or exchange for change of mind.
Damaged goods: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit as appropriate.

Refunds: We may provide a store credit, at our own discretion. The store credit will exclude initial shipping cost.
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return within 5 business days.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
