Mizuhiki is a traditional Japanese craft of using twisted Japanese paper glued, dried and solidified before being dyed to use as decoration for celebration and often used for gift wrapping.
The floral design is showcased on elastic allowing you to use with small notebooks, gifts and other items fitting approximately 110 - 130mm wide.
