Purple Rice

Purple Rice is a dark reddish purple ink, part of the second release of Winter Tonics in Taiwan collection by Lennon Tool Bar.

Soak the purple rice until soft, then cook it with longan and water to make porridge. Sometimes you can add glutinous rice balls, red beans, or wood ear mushrooms to make the taste richer and more delicious. The smooth texture allows warmth to spread from the mouth to the whole body, adding a special flavour to the harsh winter.
