Paper Tasting Kit - Translucent Vol.2

Paper Tasting sets from Yamamoto Paper are a great way test out unique Japanese papers to find your ideal pen friendly paper. Each paper provides different tactile experience that may work best with different types of pens.

The set includes three different types of paper pads in three different sizes, so you can try them out just like tasting wine and find the paper you like best.

B7:SUKEKAKE: This paper is both translucent and writable with excellent performance with writing as well as being compatible with offset printing and laser printers. Excellent for dip pens, fountain pens, ball point and gel pens as well as pencils.

A6:Tracing paper: This translucent paper is made by processing finely beaten chemical pulp, usually used for tracing drawings, it is also used in lighting fixtures. Suitable for dip pens, fountain pens, ball point and gel pens as well as pencils.

B6:Glassine paper: Made from chemical pulp by applying heat and high pressure to result in the smoothness and density to produce its translucency. Because of its food safety rating, it is used for packaging medicine and food. Suitable for dip, fountain pens and ball point only.
