Fermented Rice with Rice Pearls is a medium yellow ink.
Inspired by the traditional Chinese dessert featuring sweet and mildly alcoholic soup made from sweet fermented glutinous rice and small glutinous rice pearls or dumplings.
Part of Fanyantan's 2026 Summer release of Three River Xi Tin Food collection. The limited edition version comes with coloured ink bottle caps.
