Part of the second release of Taiwan Tea colour inspired inks by Lennon Tool Bar, Bitter Orange Tea is a warm orange toned brown.
The bitter orange tea is the only cold pressed in Miaoli County in Taiwan. According to legend, the Hakka people here would dig out the pulp of bitter orange that was enshrined to the gods, then mix the tea with pulp and stuff them back into the peel. The orange was then baked with charcoal fire, slowly maturing over time for the flavours to blend perfectly and finally smashed with a hammer to make tea.
